How to Order

You can order our products online, by simply clicking on the fragrance you want to order.

Alternatively, you can download a Client Order Form, or you can call us toll-free at 1-800-527-8213 from the United States and Canada. From elsewhere, please call us at (441) 293-0627. For any other inquiries, please contact us at: info@lilibermuda.com.

Payment & Billing

All our prices are in US Dollars. We only accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard. Please note that some credit card companies may charge fees made on international purchases.

Some countries will impose custom duties to your order and may request these payments prior to delivery. Please inform yourself to your local customs department, as each country is different in the management and collection of its taxes and duties.

We do not accept check and money order payments.

Delivery

We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 for any order below $150 of purchases. The cost of shipping is free for any order over $150 of purchases (excluding gift cards).

Unfortunately Lili Bermuda is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required on delivery.

The shipping cost includes handling and courier mail service from Bermuda to any international destination, but it does not include the various costs of clearing customs in your country, that you may have to pay in order to receive your parcel. Please contact your local authorities to find out if you will have to pay any custom duty taxes or other value added taxes in order to receive your parcel.

Your order will usually ship from Bermuda within 24 to 48 hours from the time you place your order (up to 72 hours if you place your order over the weekend). Once you order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor when you will receive your parcel. The shipping delay is usually 3-5 days once your order has shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your package has not arrived within the normal delay, please contact us so we help you investigating where your parcel is.

Please note that orders containing sample vials only are shipped via regular airmail. It takes about 10-14 days for orders to be received. It may take up to 3 weeks during the holiday period.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged or may be returned for a full refund in the original method of payment, within one (1) month of the original purchase date. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect, sellable condition in its original packaging and accompanied by the original or gift receipt. The packaging and/or wrapping should not be tampered with for an exchange or refund to be accepted. In-store merchandise exchanged is free of charge.

If there is a mistake in your order from Lili Bermuda, or if your order has been damaged while being shipped to you, please email us a digital picture of what you have received at clientcare@lilibermuda.com. We will be happy to promptly rectify the mistake or the breakage free of charge to you.

If you wish to return or exchange a product and you do not live in Bermuda, please email us at clientcare@lilibermuda.com, providing us with the name of the product you are returning, your name, address, your order number along with the reason for the return. This information is important in order that we can expect the returned good and process it accordingly.

Should you choose to return or exchange a product you will need to pay for the shipping. It is important to note that when shipping some products such as fragrances, due to their alcohol content and the method by which they travel, they are classified as hazardous goods and need to be posted accordingly. For any exchange of products, you will be charged $30 to cover for the cost of shipping.

Please ensure that you use a courier service that provides proof of delivery, is traceable, gives the appropriate level of insurance and that you receive and retain the receipt with the unique tracking reference on it.

Depending on the type of courier service you have chosen, please allow us, upon receipt, up to 5 working days to process the return.
 
Other conditions will be left at Management discretion.

Lili Bermuda is Green: Keep me forever or bring me back for more.

At Lili Bermuda, we care about using material and packaging that will have minimal impact on the environment. When you bring back your old glass bottles, we will give you a credit of $10 on your purchase of fragrance. This offer is valid for your very old bottles as well – if we cant re-use them, we will display them in our museum, for our visitors to admire!

We recommend that you bring back these bottles during your next visit to Bermuda as opposed to mail them back us. We believe that the cost of shipping and the carbon print of mailing the old bottles back to us will cancel the savings that you will get from this program.
