EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union and would like to exercise your right of withdrawal for an eligible online order, please complete the form below.

After you submit this form, we will email you confirmation that your withdrawal request was received, along with return instructions.

For eligible EU withdrawal returns, items should be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Because our products include fragrance and personal care items, opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return where hygiene or safety rules apply.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returning fragrance products

Fragrances contain alcohol and may be classified as Dangerous Goods for shipping. Because of this, return shipping may have specific packaging, labeling, and courier requirements.

Please work directly with your chosen courier to ensure your return shipment is compliant with all applicable shipping rules. We are not responsible for return shipments that are refused, delayed, lost, damaged, or unable to be delivered because they were not shipped in compliance with carrier or Dangerous Goods requirements.
